Fixed HTML Viewer Dark Mode Scrollbar

Fixed an issue where the scrollbar in the HTML Viewer preview appeared with light colors while in dark mode. The scrollbar now properly matches the app's dark theme.

Fixed Update Check

Resolved an issue where some users would see "Failed to check for updates" when checking for new versions. Update checks now work reliably.
